Ingrid Carias is the Director of the Duval County Public Schools ESOL Program. She is the mother of twins, a girl and a boy, already young college students. During the years that she has been part of the school system, she enjoys maintaining excellent relationship with students, parents, faculty, administrators, and members of the community. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and General Administration from the American College of Education.
