Corn “Sorullitos”

Enjoy another easy-to-make recipe that will impress family and friends!

Corn “Sorullitos”

Ingredients:

2 cups of water

1 tsp salt

5 tsp sugar

1/2 stick of butter

American or “ball” cheese

 

Process:

In a saucepan, mix the sugar, salt and butter, heat over medium heat until melted.

Add the flour.

Cook for a few minutes until a ball that detaches from the saucepan forms.

Remove from heat, place in another container, let cool, not too much, just enough to handle with your hands.

Form “sorullos”, placing the cheese of your choice inside.

Fry in plenty of hot oil, until golden brown.

Enjoy them with “mayo-ketchup” and a coffee.
